NOTICE OF ORDINANCE AMENDMENT REQUEST
RE: Ordinance Amendment request initiated by the township planning commission on February 6th, 2024 regarding the Township of Marilla’s ORV ordinance.
This notice is to inform you that on March 5th 2024 at 6:30 pm the township planning commission will hold a public hearing at their regularly scheduled meeting held at 9991 Marilla Rd. Copemish MI 49625 regarding this request.
This is a request to amend the current ORV ordinance to include use on the roads; 13 Mile, 9 Mile, Yates, Marilla and Beers. It will maintain exclusion of any state or federal highways. DRAFT DOCUMENT
Written comments may be submitted to the clerk: in person at the township hall, by mail to 9991 Marilla Rd. Copemish MI 49625, or by email to mcudney@marillatownshipmi.gov until 5 pm on March 4th 2024.
